Refund Policy

This page explains when you can get your money back. EnglishAIPro is run by Nicholaas Scordoulis (known as Nico), trading as EnglishAIPro.
Membership ($35 a year)
Changed your mind? Email us at engaipro245@gmail.comwithin 14 days of paying and we'll refund the full $35. You don't need to give a reason. Your membership ends when the refund is made.
After 14 days the membership can't be refunded, but you keep full access until it ends.
Credit top-ups ($10 for 600 credits)
You can get a refund for a top-up within 14 days of buying it, but only if you haven't used any of its credits. Once you've used a credit from that top-up, it can't be refunded, because the AI work has already been done and paid for.
Credits that expire after 4 months are not refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Email engaipro245@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Tell us the date you paid and what you bought.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
Your rights
Nothing on this page takes away your rights under the consumer law of your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The policy that applied on the day you paid is the one that counts for that purchase.
